Terry Popowich, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Terry brings over 25 years of experience and success in the organization, development and implementation of strategic plans for start-ups and emerging growth companies. Terry has extensive experience in capital markets, private equity financing, strategic planning, sales and marketing, government relations and investor relations. Among other accomplishments, Terry was co-founder and early leader of Teranet Inc., a publicly traded company which successfully automates land registry systems worldwide.
Jeremy Miller, Senior Vice President Strategic Planning
Jeremy has over 15 years experience as an entrepreneur, business manager and consultant. He has researched and developed business, marketing, communication and operational plans for successful private sector startups in diverse industries. Prior to joining Micro Target Media, Jeremy served as a management consultant on successful engagements for Fortune 500 and public sector clients, with Gartner Consulting and in private practice.
Peter Hall, President, MTM Technology
Peter Hall has over 30 years experience in the fields of electrical engineering and information technology. He has been a pioneer in the use of personal and mobile computer technology. In the early 1980’s Peter was responsible for the development EPAC, the first pc-based project management system that became a designated standard for the UK government. In the 1990’s he played a leading role in the development of PROTEO, an advanced software toolkit for systems integrators. Prior to joining Micro Target Media, Peter co-founded the Workflow Automation Corporation, and was responsible for the research and development of their highly successful jFlow product – the world’s first java-based workflow engine that was acquired by major software vendors BEA Systems and Computer Associates International to form the core of their own product suites.
Tom Slowe, President, MTM Interactive
Tom has over 10 years experience leading advanced computer vision and machine learning research projects, and business application product development teams. Prior to joining Micro Target Media, Tom held technical leadership and business development positions at Ericsson Telecom AB, ObjectVideo, CUBRC and Ubique Interactive. Tom received his B.S. with high honors in electrical engineering at Rutgers University and M.S. from the MIT Media Laboratory.
John Caine, Senior Vice President, Legal
John has more than 17 years experience as a business consultant and lawyer advising investors, institutions and entrepreneurs on project development, venture formation and restructuring, and routine operations, as an economic consultant with Arthur Andersen, an attorney with a major Washington, D.C.-based business law firm and in solo practice as counsel to diverse private enterprises. A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, John is a member of the bars of New York, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
