General Motors is betting that construction workers who drive trucks on the job will park pickups in their own driveways. The belief underlies the “Hard Days Work Tour”, a marketing campaign by GM Fleet and Commercial. The traveling show is displaying Chevrolet and GMC pickups and cargo vans at construction sites in seven Western and Southern States that are key truck markets.
